Investment Committee

20+ years experience in strategic investments and development. Former MD of RMS (now Moody’s) with P&L responsibility of $200M. Harvard Business School and London School of Economics Alumn.

Construction Advisor

ETH Zurich–trained civil engineer with international construction experience. Founder of Ing. Emanuele Tabet Sagl and Recentor SA, specializing in construction consultancy and historic building renovation.

Alessia Perini

Principal Architect & Designer

Architect and lead designer graduated from the Politecnico of Milan. She has worked on high-end residential and retail projects, collaborating with Molteni, Battaglia, Gucci, Alexander McQueen, Tiffany & Co., Gallotti & Radice, and Pianca.

Luca Perini

Architect & Designer

Graduated from the Politecnico of Milan, he focuses on clean lines and timeless design across architecture, yachts, and interiors. He has collaborated with renowned brands such as Giorgetti, Molteni, Gucci, and Tiffany, and his furniture designs have been showcased at major international fairs since 2006.
